Project Management
Ed has over 20 years’ experience in engineering consulting and works management with the last 10 years heavily focused on Project Management while working at Cardno and Thiess Services. Joe, based in our Adelaide office, has over a decade of consultancy experience delivering stormwater infrastructure projects.
Delivery of small and large infrastructure projects such as flood levees, WSUD and drainage projects has been a feature of the last 5 years working in consultancy. These projects have involved multiple investigations including survey and geotechnical investigations and extensive stakeholder management with the community and landowners.
Dryside Engineering offers two types of Project Management:
Project Management (external and internal contract in Councils / Government Authorities & private developers)
Project Assistance / Rescue – revitalising and saving projects that have been dragging on or haven’t had enough time or resources to make happen
Project management can be undertaken onsite, offsite or at your office so as to be directly accessible for questions and assistance. We are happy to work as part of a larger project team and manage other appointed consultants.
